About Mark Shuster

Mark works hard to make sure his clients have a complete understanding of the local inventory as well as the potential development possibilities for each property. He is uniquely qualified to do so; prior to his career as an agent, Mark worked for 20 years in the private and public sectors as a certified Land Planner -- both in Westchester County and the Hamptons.

With that development and regulatory expertise, he brings vital knowledge to his real estate transactions. Mark’s comprehensive understanding of residential and commercial zoning laws, subdivision regulations and environmental regulations allows him to analyze and determine the maximum development potential of any property -- resulting in maximum returns to his clients.
